In English: This is a petition to the Minister of Environment on a genetically engineered (GM)-vaccination study in foals from 3 days old untill 6 months.
They use a GM-bacterium. The little horses stay in stables and on grassland and the menure with the GMO will be put on the land. Dans le vaccin se trouve une bactérie génétiquement modifié. Les poulains resteront dans l'écurie et dans le parc, et le fumier sera mis dans les champs après. Ensuite ça rentre dans la chaine alimentaire.

establish that:
That there may be dangers for the treating foals, 500 to 2000, which will be part of these GMO vaccination studies. (The request refers to a veterinary vaccination study, in which a GM bacterium shall be applied to foals, mark PorM/RB IM 09-004). The key question is how certain are you that there will be no harmful effects for the foals, also regarding humans and the environment let alone whether there will be any benefit for these animals.
